If you want to make the absolute most of your day, I can do no better than recommend getting the full Wolverhampton experience: tour, restaurant and game. The tour is excellent, offering a fantastic insight into the club’s history (there’s even a museum!). The WV1 Bar & Grill is a world apart from usual football fare, which makes the experience surprisingly enjoyable by comparison. Cap it all off with a game. Package deals are available as well to run these events together, often including free/convenient parking – check out their website for details!

The tour at Molineux comes highly recommended – after a short tour round the museum which is filled with memorabilia and past winners medals, you get to see the press areas and the boardroom, including stopping at the front door of Sir Jack Hayward’s apartment. Yes, the legendary owner had an apartment built in the stadium itself! The pitch is a nice garden to have! The tour then leads to the jail cells underneath the North Stand before heading to the changing rooms and down the tunnel onto the pitch. It’s a must do for any Wolves fan, and for only £12 a ticket its something you can’t miss out on!
