Good Answer Philadelphia is a dirty city but for the most part it is a safe place. There are lots of tourists there during the summer and there are always plenty of people walking around especially after games. The Eagles security is also on guard during games to make sure no fights between fans break out.

The Philly fans are notorious for being some of the craziest and loudest fans in football. When you mix in alcohol sometimes things get out of control and then you get scenes like Silver Linings Playbook when fans fight opposing fans.
