The best atmosphere has to be on the grass banks on the East and West sides of the WACA. Family friendly, full of banter and atmosphere, and it also provides the best opportunity to catch a six! For day/night fixtures, or twilight matches for the Scorchers, I would sit on the West side though so the sun doesn’t get in your eyes.
