Let’s get straight to the obvious. You are in Dijon – hmm, that name ring any bells? Of course it does. The mustard capital of Europe – maybe the world is home to a wonderful store – the Maille Boutique. Even mustard haters would be hard pressed to find at least one mustard they didn’t like in here. There are hundreds of choices – mustard with tarragon, blackcurrant, even blue cheese! There’s even a tasting bar. It would be rude not too.
Then you should absolutely pick up Dijon’s Owl Trail booklet from the tourist office. The booklet sets out a path for you around the city – taking you past all the sights and smell of this historic city. The city have laid out plaques so you can find your way about!
Of course, you’re in Burgundy – the possibilities are endless here with vineyard after vineyard dotting the countryside. Why not get some bikes, or hire a tour guide and go wine tasting.

There is an ice skating ring right next to the stadium and during the winter it is a great idea how to spend your time while you wait for the match to start. Other than that, the city center invites you to enjoy in some nice architecture, walk around and relax while discovering this small city.
